When we shoot:-

During the year we usually shoot as much as we can.

During the Summer Season (April to September) :- 

We'll usually be shooting outside at Heath Park, Cardiff on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings setting up from around 5:00pm, and shooting until the officially designated Field Captain deems it too dark to shoot.  

Saturday morning is primarily for our Junior club members, although limited amounts of Seniors are also welcome to shoot too. Sunday mornings are always for everyone, setting up from around 9:00am, and shooting until 12.00pm (approx').

Winter Season (October to March) :- **WE SHOOT AT THE FIELD ALL YEAR ROUND **

AS ALWAYS WINTER SHOOTING IS AT THE FIELD ON SUNDAY’S FROM 9am to 12.00 approx’

IT IS ALSO ON WEDNESDAYS AT THE FIELD FROM 1.00pm - 4.00pm FOR THE WINTER ONLY (starts OCTOBER 11th - MARCH or until otherwise indicated)

INDOOR SHOOTING

Castle Bowmen has limited Indoor shooting facilities at the church hall of the magnificent 1884 Church of St German of Auxerre (St German’s), on Star Street in Roath.

We shoot on Tuesdays and Fridays 7pm to 9pm.

Indoor Target Fees will apply (to help keep the lights on) and will be £3 each (Juniors free).
